Pricing for real estate photography depends on the size of the property and number of images required. Small houses start at $250. Medium houses are $350, large houses $450. Aerial photography adds $100. Aerial video is billed at $100/hr for editing. 3d virtual tours are $150/hr shooting time.
License for real estate images cover all commercial use related to the sale of the property. Barling Photography, LLC retains all copyrights.
Photography for architects, designers and editorial work requires a bit more time on site and in post-production. Please inquire to find out more about pricing for your project.

Normal turnaround for real estate photography is 1-2 days.
I will do minor arranging but the home should be clean and de-cluttered before I arrive for photography. Cars, trash cans, etc. should be moved away from the home.
